Camping close to Totnes, Kingsbridge and Dartmouth

Holsome Park is a quiet friendly site which opens over the school summer holidays. We welcome everyone – including well behaved dogs! There is plenty of room to enjoy running around or play a game or football or cricket in the middle of the field.

We are situated just outside Diptford, a charming South Hams village 15 mins from Totnes. The campsite is spacious and enjoys unspoilt panoramic views to Dartmoor. Ideal for watching stunning sunsets. But if or when you do fancy investigating the local countryside, the A38 is only ten minutes away. Holsomely convenient!

Our campsite has a quiet but family-friendly atmosphere with the site being flat and grassy making it an ideal camping ground. We offer generous pitch sizes for you to make the most of your holiday where guests can have fire pits and watch the sunset.

The pitches are not marked out (with the exception of the electric hook ups) so you are more than welcome to choose where you pitch. The campsite facilities include toilets, showers and a covered washing up area. We have plenty of pitches and a few electric pitches.

We have a slide and swing area for children. You could come along on one of Farmer Graham’s farm walks to learn all about the farm and the animals that live here! You can even feed the lambs & chickens and collect the eggs in the morning. We are in a recognised area of outstanding natural beauty. There is often an abundance of wildlife spotted here at Holsome Park, including hares and herons and we are in the flight path for Greater Horse Shoe Bats, a rare species in the UK. Our farm and campsite are run in an environmentally conscious fashion that we are proud of.

We are a hands-off site. If you need any assistance we are here to help, but if not we leave you to your own devices.

Please use raised BBQs and fire pits are welcome but no disposable BBQs are allowed on site.

We understand that it is difficult to predict the traffic, however it is also very important to respect the campers that are already on the site, this is why we do not allow any arrivals after 9pm, so please allow for this when calculating what time, you should leave home. Please drink responsibly and respect your fellow campers.
